Federation of Science, Technology, Engineering & Management Libraries (hereinafter referred as Federation of STEM Libraries OR FoSTEML) are the Central Institutes established by the Government of India under the Ministry of Education and the library professionals working in these institutes are contributing significantly for the growth and development of these Institutes. The Society word shall be read hereinafter as Federation of STEM Libraries.
